# Privacy notice

Last updated September 14, 2026. Shire Automations is a DBA of DoorKeeper Labs LLC. This notice covers customer chat on this website. Chat is part of a limited pilot and may be unavailable while the pilot is paused.

## Information you send

FieldRobin stores the messages you send and a visitor-session identifier so the conversation can continue. If you submit a service request, FieldRobin also stores the name, contact details, and service information you provide so Shire Automations can follow up. Do not send payment details, account credentials, or sensitive personal information through chat.

A chat or service request does not book work or sign you up for marketing messages.

## AI replies

If AI replies are enabled, FieldRobin sends your chat message and relevant excerpts from approved site content to OpenRouter. AI replies can be wrong. Shire Automations may review a conversation before replying.

## Retention and requests

FieldRobin keeps chat transcripts and linked, unconverted service requests for up to 90 days. Visitor-session identifiers expire after up to 30 days.

To ask about access to or deletion of chat information, email contact@shireautomations.com and include "Shire chat privacy request" in the subject.
