# About

Shire Automations is a business automation and custom software studio that builds workflows, AI agents, customer apps, and dashboards for small and medium-sized businesses. Shire Automations is a DBA of DoorKeeper Labs LLC, based in Houston, Texas. We meet with Houston-area clients in person and work with businesses throughout Texas and across the United States. Founded in 2026.

The studio brings 10 years of experience: 7 years in corporate enterprise integration and 3 years in full-stack web, mobile, B2B, B2C, and AI workflow development.

## What Shire Automations does

- Workflow automation that connects repeating handoffs between people and tools.
- AI agents that help with first responses while people keep judgment.
- Customer apps and portals for clearer request-to-completion paths.
- Dashboards and reporting that keep status and next actions visible.

## What makes Shire Automations different

- Start with the workflow, not the tool.
- Combine enterprise integration experience with product-building range.
- Work with the tools the business already uses.
- Keep people in control of judgment, approvals, and exceptions.
- Scope builds in writing and work directly with the builders.

## Who uses Shire Automations

Owners and operators of small and medium-sized businesses, service businesses with follow-up friction, teams that need portals or dashboards, and leaders who want automation without replacing their whole stack.

## How Shire Automations works

Reply usually within one business day by email, intake, or booking. Focused MVPs often ship in about two to three days when scope is tight. Project work is scoped in writing before paid work begins. Ongoing care is month to month.
